At Living Health Ebooks, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our policy below for refunds and returns on both digital and physical products.


Digital Products (eBooks, Guides, Downloads)

All digital product sales are final. Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a product has been downloaded or accessed.

If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact us at info@livinghealthyebooks.com. We’re happy to assist with download problems or corrupted files.


Physical Products (Books, Wellness Items, Merchandise)

We accept returns and issue refunds for physical products under the following conditions:

Eligibility:

  • Return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.

  • Product must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Return Process:

  1. Email info@livinghealthyebooks.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will provide return instructions and a return address.

  3. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your physical item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will replace the item at no additional cost or offer a full refund.
